Completion and submission of this application should not be construed as an offer of employment. The purpose of this application is to evaluate basic qualifications only. As required by US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), Part 391, applicants invited to continue in our application process will be required to complete a hard copy application prior to any offer of employment.

As stated above, applications for OTR truck driving positions are subject to federal safety regulations. Those regulations require that we immediately ascertain applicant information not normally permitted until after the hiring process is complete. This information includes your social security number and date of birth. Your application cannot be processed without disclosure of all required information.
